HoneyBook and Dubsado are CRM tools built for all creative professionals. The Special Wedding is built specifically for wedding planners with event-specific tools they don't offer: seating charts, guest management with RSVPs, day-of timelines, guest memory QR uploads, and AI-powered pricing, contracts, and cash flow predictions.

How are vendors managed in the platform?

Planners use a private Vendor Management workspace for contacts, notes, files, agreements, quote context, and payment status. The public vendor directory supports discovery, but vendors are not invited into the planner workspace.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

How does the seating orchestrator handle dietary requirements?

Dietary needs are tracked per guest and per plus-one. The seating view highlights dietary flags on each table so you can ensure the caterer has the right counts per section.

Is my clients' data secure and GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We process data in compliance with GDPR, and you can execute data subject requests (access, deletion) directly from the platform.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with prorated credits applied automatically.

What's the difference between Solo Founding and Solo Standard?

Both plans include unlimited weddings and unlimited guests. Solo Founding is the founding-member rate with 300 AI credits per month and 25GB of guest memories storage; Solo Standard includes 750 AI credits per month and 50GB of guest memories storage.

We're a couple, not a planner — is there a plan for us?

Yes. The couple plan is a one-time $199 fee — not a subscription — that gives you one wedding workspace through 90 days after your wedding: full planning tools for your entire planning window, guest list and RSVP tracking, your wedding website, galleries, and data export. Export your data before the workspace closes. If you already work with a planner, ask them to invite you instead — the couple portal is included in their plan.
