Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to run wedding planning workflows: planner account details, team-member account details, company and workspace settings, wedding metadata, couple contact details, guest records, RSVP responses, seating assignments, schedule items, vendor records, quotes, contracts, payments, package/form responses, messages, support requests, uploaded media, and product usage events.

Some data is entered directly by planners, team members, couples, guests, or vendors. Some data is generated by product use, such as audit timestamps, invite delivery status, billing state, device/session information, and integration health state.

We use platform data to provide the product: manage planner workspaces, run couple portals, process RSVP and guest workflows, organize schedules and seating, support vendor and contract workflows, send email/SMS/in-app communications, process subscriptions or payments, troubleshoot support issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google Calendar data to serve advertisements.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the platform. Those providers may include hosting and database services, email and SMS delivery vendors, payment processors, analytics tools, file/media storage, support tooling, and integration providers.

Workspace users can also share information by using the product, for example inviting team members, sending couple portal invites, emailing guests, sharing forms, publishing a wedding website, or sending vendor contract links.

We use Aurinko as our calendar integration provider. When a planner or permitted team member connects an external calendar, Aurinko brokers the OAuth handshake with the chosen provider, such as Google, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, iCloud, or Exchange/EWS.

We store the integration account token returned by Aurinko, the connected account email, selected calendar metadata, sync settings, health state, and timestamps needed to create, update, delete, and display calendar projections. Internal meetings remain the source of truth; connected calendars are projections of those internal records.

Couples do not connect their own calendars in v1. Couple meeting delivery uses email plus ICS attachments or links, and meetings are also shown in the couple portal.

Workspace records are retained while an account or workspace is active and as needed for product, security, support, legal, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. Deleting a workspace, wedding, guest, vendor, contract, form, uploaded file, or integration may follow the product flow for that record type.

Disconnecting a calendar removes local connection records and revokes the integration token for that account. Google-specific deletion details are documented on the Google data deletion page.

We use authenticated sessions, role-based access, owner-scoped resource checks, signed callback state for integrations, and operational logging to protect workspace data. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and inviting only people who should access a workspace.

Tokens are not returned in normal API responses and are not intended to be surfaced in logs. If an integration becomes expired or unhealthy, the app may stop projecting events until the connection is refreshed.
